Step 1: Navigate to the "Playback" tab along the top of the screen as outlined below.

Step 2: As with the "Live View" window, click the camera you want to view from the list on the left-hand side. You also need to select the date and time on the right-hand side and click search. Once you have done this then press the play button at the bottom of the screen above the timeline.

Step 1: Select the downwards pointing arrow outlined below.

Step 2: The following window will open. Under "Camera" choose the camera you want to save the footage from. Leave "File Type" as "All Type". Leave "Stream Type" as "Main Stream". Choose your start and end times & dates. Once these fields have been completed press "Search". Select the file from the main list that is within your time zone and then select "Download".
