Air Server allows you to display devices such as your iPad, Mac, Chromebook and others to a Windows PC. The below steps will outline how to ensure Air Server is running and how to find out the name of your PC.
Please note that Air Server is only installed on the classroom teacher PC's and on the assembly laptop that is kept in the main hall.
Step 1: Check to see if the Air Server icon is showing in the task tray. See below. If it is not showing you will need to run the Air Server application outlined in step 2.
Step 2: If you are missing the icon Air Server is not running. To open Air Server go to the start menu and search for "Air Server". Once the program shows in the search menu click on it to run the program. The above-outlined icon will show in the task tray once the program is running.
Step 3: To open the Air Server settings right click on the Air Server icon and choose settings as shown below.
Step 4: Once the below settings menu has opened you will be able to see the computers name, this has been outlined in red below.
