As part of the Office 365 (O365) migration a new feature called “Office 365 Quarantine” has been implemented. This automatically quarantines emails that the tenant believes is spam or a potential phishing email.
This can however also mistakenly quarantine emails that are from completely safe and known sources. Each morning you will receive an email like the below, this will list any emails you have had since the day before that have been quarantined. If the email/ emails listed are ones you wish to receive simply click the “Release” button. Equally you can block and further review emails by clicking the appropriate buttons.
Should you be missing an email that you feel could be quarantined you can view all of your quarantined emails at here: https://protection.office.com/quarantine
Once you have opened the link, you will see a list of your personally quarantined emails. You can then select and email and do one of the below-marked actions. After a week or 2 of you building your allow list (for most you won’t have any issues) you will find that the only quarantined emails are from spammers.
