Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) enables you to change your password anywhere you have an internet connection meaning you no longer have to come into school to change your password when it expires.
After we enable SSPR you will be presented with a screen after you log in that says ‘More Information Required’ You will need to choose 5 questions from a total of 20 and type in your answers.
You must make sure you remember these answers to enable you to be able to reset your password in the future. The answers are also CASE SENSITIVE so ensure you use capital letters and punctuation only if you are likely to remember their use.
If you are presented with the questions upon login skip to Step 5, if not start at Step 1.
